Titanium 6al4v ELI bar is a universal α-β alloy bar. This titanium material has moderately high tensile strength, good fatigue strength, medium fracture toughness, and high corrosion resistance, so Titanium 6al4v ELI is often used in medical implants or aerospace applications.

The overall chemical composition of Ti6Al4V ELI and Ti6Al4V are very similar, but the content of interstitial elements in the former is much lower than that of the latter.
